These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ASAI Technology website and the services we provide. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. "ASAI Technology" ("we", "us") is a digital engineering studio based in Noida, India.
1. Services
We provide custom digital services including website design and development, browser extensions, business automation, SEO, social media content and brand design. The exact scope of any project is defined by the package purchased or by a written brief agreed over WhatsApp, email or our website.
2. Payments
- Prices are listed on our website or quoted per project, and are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not store your card or banking details.
- Work begins after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
- Applicable taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless stated in the price.
3. Delivery timelines
We aim to deliver a first working draft within 24 hours of receiving a complete brief for standard website packages. Larger projects (automation, multi-page platforms, custom tooling) are delivered in agreed phases. Timelines depend on you providing the required content, access and feedback promptly.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Revisions cover refinements within the agreed scope. Requests that go beyond the original brief may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content (text, images, logos) and any necessary access on time.
- Ensure you have the rights to any material you provide to us.
- Review deliverables and give consolidated feedback within a reasonable time.
6. Ownership & intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered work — source code, design files and associated accounts — transfers to you. We take pride in no lock-in: the website, domain and accounts are in your name. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services (e.g. hosting, payment gateways, plugins, fonts, APIs). Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
8. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
We deliver our work with professional care, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
