We keep this simple, because our data practices are simple. This policy explains what information we collect when you use asai-technology.pages.dev, why we collect it, and what we never touch.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, contact detail (phone/WhatsApp/email), and message — sent to our email via FormSubmit so we can reply to you. That is its only use.
- Checkout details: if you buy a package, your name, email, and phone are used to process the payment and generate your invoice.
What we never see: your card number, UPI PIN, netbanking credentials, or any payment instrument. All payments are processed entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Payment data goes to Razorpay directly — it never passes through or gets stored on our servers.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no fingerprinting on this site.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your information with anyone for marketing.
- The basketball game on our homepage runs entirely in your browser — nothing about it is recorded or transmitted.
Third-party services we rely on
- Razorpay — payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data).
- FormSubmit — delivers contact-form messages to our email.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts this website and may log standard technical data (like IP addresses) for security, as any host does.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this site.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails and invoices are retained as long as needed to serve you and to meet basic accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Want to know what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted? One email is enough: support.asaitech@gmail.com. We reply within a few days, not a few months.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated effective date.
