The problem

Every morning someone spent over an hour manually combining two store spreadsheets and an online-sales export — copy-pasting, fixing formats, and emailing a summary. Late mornings meant late numbers; manual merging meant regular errors.

What we built

An automated pipeline that runs at 7:00 AM daily: pulls all three sources, cleans and validates every row, merges them into one formatted report with charts, and emails it to management before anyone reaches the office. Errors get flagged automatically.
